Procurement

Our procurement services are scalable to meet your business needs and range from procurement of a replacement part for maintenance sparing to specification, purchase, and commissioning of complete networks. Networks can range in size from private-line and campus solutions to large scale service provider networks, or anything in between.

We have the ability to import and export equipment globally. In cases where non-FCC approved equipment is needed, we are familiar with the process necessary to import these items into the US and export as well and offer insight on the guidelines that apply.

We work with suppliers to determine the lifecycle stage of the product or solution to determine “last-time-buys” and sparing recommendations.

We also facilitate the purchase of refurbished equipment in order to support mature technologies that are still in use globally but no longer are offered for sale by their manufacturers.

Our company has a fundamental understanding of transport, core network, and radio access network technologies and the various protocols used throughout. Our expertise encompasses mature and obsolete technologies and has developed sources of supply to meet procurement and sparing needs

Commissioning and Maintenance

We can commission what we sell. We work with manufacturers and other sources to verify functionality and can perform this service prior to delivery if requested. Verification test requirements are typically discussed in detail at the beginning of each project.

We also have the ability to establish a maintenance contract with suppliers under terms that best meet your business needs in order to support your purchase longer term.

Training

We can work with equipment manufacturers to facilitate training for the operation and management of purchased solutions as well as training on the broader network. Classes can be customized to meet your specific needs.
